What does this pull request do?

This PR adjusts the attack of starter mobs to deal the same damage observed on retail.
Their base damage is definitely correct right now, but their current attack lets him hit for 3's often, which does not happen on retail. Retail starter mobs hit for 1-2 with an occasionally rare 0.
